Wow what a great first time experience. Signed up for yoga with the alpacas and it was a wonderful experience. Heather, the yoga instructor was amazing and the owner of the farm was so professional and informative. We had a blast and I would recommend this place to anyone! They have a lavender and Christmas tree farm and a cute shop inside. There were also wine and beer. Can’t beat that at all!

Pulling out of my subdivision in Aubrey Texas, I ran a crossed this event, and had to go see what it was all about. If you like lavender this is the place to visit. I had a really good time and enjoyed tasting the Lavender Prosecco. The alpacas were super cute. Next time I’ll come prepared to take part in a class.

My friend and I had a great time with the alpacas!

Russell and his family are super cool & nice.

I’m so glad we finally got to visit. The first time we were supposed to go (back in June) the weather was bad so we had to cancel.

Very nice farm with a nice shop to purchase items from.

Also, Russell’s a great photographer ! He made sure to take plenty of photos and sent them to me.

TX-Ture Farm was hosting lavender picking event. We didn’t know there was handicap parking until we walked up to the front entrance. Three golden doodles greeted us. The farm is small and has cute lavenders that are in season. We also hangout with the alpacas. Information about the farms and what services they offered were not visually displaced.

Their gift shop were pricey.

Brought the family to take pictures and meet their new baby Alpaca. They had a BLAST. The owners were very welcoming and educational. We fed the Alpacas, smelled the fresh lavender, and checked out their growing Christmas Tree farm. Each kid picked out a farm fresh gift from their gift shop and have been talking about the farm ever since.

This place is a gem. Seriously, you need to head out there. I wanted to take my 5 year-old daughter to a Christmas tree farm to create similar wonderful memories I have as a kid visiting a real tree farm. Saw that TX-Ture was only 25 mins from Lewisville, so we made plans to go Sunday morning (12/4). We went pretty early and were the first ones there. The guys in the parking lot greeted us with big welcoming smiles and happily answered my daughter's immediate questions. The short walk through the winding wooded drive was pretty great. It built an aura of excitement and mystery for what we'd find. Once we got to the clearing, my daughter locked eyes on the Alpacas gingerly grazing on some hay and quickly ran to the fence line. As she struggled to give scratches to each of them, we were approached by Russell, the owner of the farm. Let me tell you about Russell.... This guy, in the span of a few mins, became me and my daughter's best friend for the time we were there. I cannot overstate how joyous, welcoming, caring, informative and just plain awesome that guy is. Seriously. I don't want to give away what transpired but at one point, my daughter was roaming the field feeding an entire herd of Alpacas. (Sylvie was her favorite). She has been talking to anyone that will listen about her Alpaca adventures. The fire pit was heavenly on the chilly morning. The shop... what a perfect little shop. All of the Alpaca products are incredible in addition to the soaps, oils, syrup, beeswax, etc. TX-Ture branded. Awesome. The trees on site were easily the best cared for and beautiful trees I've seen in a very long time. It's obvious how much this family cares. While not yet able to cut our own (2023 they'll be ready), it really didn't matter. The smell of fresh pine fills the air. The kid's train is not to be missed. My daughter was in awe driving through the Christmas tree field.

The entire staff was friendly, happy and genuinely appreciated that we visited. You don't find that anymore. The Grinch was on point. His voice was PERFECT. My only suggestion, and this is nit-picky, is to have more country-style Christmas decorations on sale in the shop. I woulda cleaned them out. Do yourself and your kiddos a favor and go visit this local farm for Christmas and for the family/craft beer/music nights that we will be attending in the future.

Russell - this note is just for you. I cannot thank you enough for your incredible hospitality during our visit. You made perfect memories for my daughter and I. I will always be grateful for the wonderful morning you shared with us. Thank you Sir, you and your entire staff are THE BEST.

My daughter, Grandbaby, and I went to TX True Farm today, not knowing that they were closed. The owner came out to say hi, and because we were from out of town, he gave us a personal experience with the alpaca's. He did this without us asking, He was a very warm, courteous, welcoming man.
This is/was a wonderful experience that we won't forget.
Thank you, sir, for a great time.

We loved taking our son for his first real Christmas tree buying experience. The owners were super friendly and helpful. We ended up picking a beautiful Fraser Fir that looked very healthy and full. They had a good selection of pre-cut trees to choose from! They also have a cute little gift shop! Can’t wait to come back next year and support a local business! Merry Christmas!
