Rite Aid is a crapshoot. Closing stores all over. Your scripts don’t get to the new location. Now the phones are not working to refill your needed meds. Time to move my business to another pharmacy.

Pharmacy never answers the phone. Workers always look miserable, and not kept up. Close all the stores at this point.

Pharmacy staff is consistently rude and short spoken. They always act annoyed when you ask any questions. Don’t even mention you would like to use Good RX because they act like its the end of the world that the customer is trying to save some money. Go to the one on Locust they actually say hello.

I absolutely LOVE the people in the pharmacy. They know me by name and treat me with the upmost respect and kindness and I honestly see them as warriors fighting for me and my health. I am never hassled or treated negatively in any way. I will never go to another pharmacy and once you come here, neither will you! Please be patient and respectful to these amazing professionals and you will get the exact same in return! THANK YOU all of you at this pharmacy (and the rest of the store). You have no idea how much easier and less stressful you make my life and I commend you all!

Was going to rate a 5 star because the store is very clean and neat. But the employees don’t let you shop. I can tell I was being overly watched literally from the next aisle over. So I literally didn’t want to keep shopping anymore because of how bad it was so I purchased what I had and left. So annoying entering THIS rite aid.

If I could give no stars I would. The staff here is always rude, nasty, and unhelpful. They constantly screw up prescriptions or make you wait days for a script that told you would be ready in an hour. Save yourself the headache and go a little farther up transit, the other ride aid is phenomenal.

This store pharmacy is Horrible! The wouldn’t even give me a covid vaccine in the allotted time for walk in appointments between 2 and 3 pm. The government can’t make people do there jobs, So I called corporate. I went in at 2:34pm and they said “ We already administered over 10 already I am done!” Wow! 10 in 30 minutes it must of been some kind of record or something. To end 25 minutes before the allotted time ends is complete garbage like the distasteful and foul attitude that was given by the pharmacy staff.
