Cafe here is awfully run. No staff at the till ever and see people robbing stuff in their absence. Never any equipment working so can’t complete a full English. Coffee machine always looks dirty and never ever has their been care taken in the food produced, literally slap it together. Need to look what’s around you and see there are independent cafes in the local areas just as cheap and a thousand times better than Morrisons. I only go Morrisons cafe on a Sunday because the local is shut then and how disappointed I am every time. I kept supporting them even though they mess up all the time but now I’m refusing to go back at all

When I came here a few months ago, a ginger lad working the shelves made a remark about "paki food" to me. When I asked him to clarify, his grin dissipated and he simply mumbled.

A few weeks later, I saw an older person's card not work, he went to use the cash machine, which it seems also did not work. I thought it was most unpleasant that the young woman at the till did not simply give him his groceries and on his honour expect him to come back with cash later as most people would have done in her situation. I ended up paying for him, and he insisted I give him my address to repay me. The lady at the till somehow couldn't reach this agreement with him - despite working for a company that turns over millions a day, in a store that has more stolen in a day than was the cost of his groceries - but thought it was worth swooning and preening to me about how good it was for me to pay for him. I would have snapped at her to shut her mouth and told her how pedantic and hypocritical I thought she was, but the gentleman seemed slightly embarrassed and I did not want to prolong this occasion.

I suppose most of the staff on both those days were quite nice, friendly and professional, but it is the bad things that stay on one's mind for a long time, and both of these showed a remarkable lack of courage. I now reluctantly come here only for Amazon pickups.

Some of the staff need to smile, whenever I've gone through the self serve tills the ladies who have been there are miserable as sin, I'll say please and thank you as I should and hardly get a slight look off them, they just do what they need and go back to where they were standing without saying feck all to me and without a single smile. They should all remember sometimes that person on the till is the only person someone could see all day and you treated them miserably, imagine if I was their grandparent or parent, I'm sure they would want me to be treated better. Shame as I love Morrisons and they always have what I need but won't shop here if I can help it for that reason. The women who work in the pharmacy are always friendly and lovely, always nice to see them.

If I could give zero stars I would. Got a cooked breakfast take out, it was cold as soon as it was given to me, the order was completely wrong and it tasted awful. Think this will result in some smelly trumps, awful food never going back
