My experience with Los Palacios Construcciones y Reformas has been great! The quality of their work is excellent, as are the materials they work with. They are serious about every job, small or big. They work quickly and within schedule. I also think they are attentive, very communicative and reliable. Real professionals!

The project: renovating an authentic old village house (built with walls made of stones extracted from the mountain). They restored the house’s water connection and renewed the drain. They tackled the patio: removed the old structures, deepened and levelled the ground and covered it with a layer of cement. On the roof terrace they applied a special insulating and waterproof layer, after which they tiled it with the barro rústico in cartabón style. The surrounding terrace walls are finished at the top with barro rústico with grinded tile edges. All beautifully crafted details, an area of pride and joy. Inside the house: they created a small but spacious bathroom. Through discussion, moving bricks around and adjust, we found the best size and shape. And many things more…

Maybe good to add: my budget is small and I had no experience, this is my first self-owned house. Thanks to Iván's patience and endless availability for questions, I managed to make this adventure a succes. The way of consulting with Iván and Ángel also contributed to wonderful solutions. Due to my budget we are working in phases, I am looking forward to the next phase!

If you are looking for artesan builders who will consider every aspect of what they do as if it were their own home, then Los Palacios are the best. The family name translates as Palaces and is completely appropriate! Over several years (as we could afford to do the work), they have transformed our house, our terraces and our swimming pool.
