This is a easy place to get a car however it's not worth it they sold me a vehicle that had over 100000 rolled back miles on it. It was good for about 2 yrs however the transmission recently went out about 3 months ago so it was kind of like a rental. So if you go there don't get the white 2008 GMC Yukon because I'm sure they are going to try to resale it. I just wouldn't recommend buying a car from this place at all.

I believe in kindness above anything else and these men showed me just that! Was looking for a car and needed one ASAP; they had exactly what I wanted!! The only issue was that they do not accept personal checks.. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to hold the car until the next day, since I did not have any cash on me at that point. We were able to make a deal for them to hold the car until the next morning. Which they did! Overall, very satisfied with this family owned business!! If you’re looking for a decent cash car, need one quick and enjoy and appreciate great, friendly customer service. Go here. You won’t be disappointed. You’ll only be highly impressed!

This has to be the most pathetic excuse of a car dealership. I traveled over 1200 miles to look at a truck here and when we arrived we found that the tires were dry rotted, lights weren’t working, the vehicle hadn’t even been serviced, after I had just asked if it had been serviced and They said yes, we come to the conclusion that it hadn’t. So we were lied to. They also had the four wheel drive worked on and didn’t get it fixed properly. And when we were in negotiation about these things the salesman copped an attitude and raised his voice at me. That’s not a way to treat a customer who came over 1000 miles away to get disrespected in that way. Unacceptable service and reliability. Do not come here. Go somewhere else. Save your hard earned money because here it will be wasted.

This business is an absolute joke. The fact that it is even operating & the owners & workers not behind bars is astonishing. Called & talked to them about a vehicle & asked very detailed questions and they assured me everything was good & ready to go. I get there and the vehicle is in poor shape at best. Has not been serviced, lights on all over the dash. Leaking fluids & we point this out to them & they denied it. DENIED IT!!! When the proof was right there!!! Preceded to raise there voice at us & tell us that we were wrong. (Have plenty of videos & pictures to proof it all) underside had been beaten up & damaged where there mechanics had tried to fix a small problem with the transmission & messed it up. Thousands in repairs later it still is not fixed & these guys are crooks. The kind your parents warned you about when they tell you about car dealers. Hoping this place is closed soon, these are terrible people & a terrible place STAY AWAY!!!

I spoke with an associate named Jay via phone calls and text messages about a vehicle I was interested in. I live approximately 2 hrs from the business, so we discussed alot over the phone. I decided that I was going to get a vehicle, drove there, test drove...just to find out as I was about to sign paperwork that the vehicle had a Salvage/Rebuilt Title. He said it was no big deal that I didn't want it and he could get me into something else. He attempted to sale me a truck that was actively leaking brake fluid from the brake cylinder after allowing me to test drive it 10 miles away to the insurance place. Long story short, very disappointed in the vehicles, service, etc. They are very dishonest about their inventory.

Jay did however stay past closing hours to attempt to help.

I can't say enough good about J&F Auto Sales. I had a preconceived notion about used car lots and they threw them all out the window. Professional from the moment we made contact with them. I was looking for another fleet vehicle for my business and they had a couple options for us. They took the time to let us do research on both options and help educate us on the vehicles.
