Two of my providers have had to cut ties with this company because their service is so bad. Personally, I’ve used them for the last two years and they are regularly weeks late on sending out their prescriptions. When this happens, I ask them to overnight the prescriptions because at that point, I’ve already had to go for days or weeks without taking my prescriptions. They always want to charge me more to do that instead of eating the cost in order to make it right. Most recently, they shipped my prescription to a previous address, out of state, and then blamed my provider for giving them the wrong address. This couldn’t have been the case because I wasn’t even seeing that provider back when I lived at that address. I asked for proof of this and they wouldn’t provide it. Not only did they refuse to take accountability, they continued to cut me off and talk over me when I tried to explain that this couldn’t have been my providers fault. They finally told me they would send out a new prescription without charging me or my provider. Then, they charged my provider, who charged me. This company refuses to take accountability for their actions and do the right thing. I strongly advise avoiding this company.

I’ve had a great experience working with the pharmacy, I’m not sure why there are low star reviews, I had no issue getting someone over the phone and received my script after a couple of days - my GLP-1’s have worked well, especially as I had no side effects!

Best pharmacy in Whitestone they have all your necessities you will need. Very nice owner she’s the best I go to her basically every single day. Definitely recommend this pharmacy to everybody . Love what you guys do keep up the good work happy this place opened

Autoimmune disorders are becoming more and more prevalent. Now I have a couple of family members who are suffering and FarmaKrio has been excellent in providing all the compound meds my family needs. These type of pharmacies need our support there just aren’t many left!!

I have used multiple products these guys over the years and had great results. I originally used them just for some peptides, but now I have used them for several other products and they have really been awesome. I was especially impressed with the packaging it looks like an IPhone case. I had an issue with one of my products because of Fed-Ex and one of the managers personally called me and replaced the product no questions asked. In fact I had it the next day! Can say enough about them.
