Dr. Garcia has been my physician for at least 30 years He’s an excellent caring and kind Doctor with a great sense of humor. He always takes time with his patients.

Last year I joined the concierge program and I’m amazed at how efficient this service is. At my age it’s so important to be able to call and talk to Colleen about various concerns. I’m preparing for my annual physical, the process and testing is so well thought out.

I have and will continue to recommend Dr.Garcia to my friends and family. The good news is he still offers patients the option of concierge and will see patient on a regular basis as well.

The reviews are correct on the actual Medical Care Houston Page. The individuals at the front desk who schedule appointments are extremely rude! I mean no costumer service at all. I tried to schedule an appointment with Dr. garcia and she offered me a membership program with him for 2,000$ I was so confused and said I don’t know what that is. (I have insurance) she was quiet and then said do you want to join or not and I said I mean no because I’m not sure what that is I just want to schedule a regular appointment and then she hung up on me… she was very rude as soon as she answered the phone. So disappointed because this doctor was referred to me.

Dr. García is very personable, and always greats you with a great welcoming smile. He is a good listener and never makes one feel rushed. He is proactive, and makes sure the reason for the medical visit is addressed properly. I highly recommend him.

I’ve been going to Dr Garcia since about 2005 or 6. Always a good experience. He’s very pleasant and all of his office staff are exceptional. I would also like to throw extra kudos out to Alia (not sure about spelling). She has always gone above and beyond for me. Very pleasant to deal with. Dr Garcia tells it like it is and I appreciate that. Brutally honest w me but in a very good way! When you get off the elevator on the fifth floor and check in for your appointment with the ladies behind the desk, it’s always hit and miss as to whether or not you’re going to get one with an attitude or not. It’s always been that way and so now I just look past it and move on. I really like Medical Clinic of Houston.
