the pharmacy is good however they need to do something about the shipping of medication - 5 times so far I needed important medication overnighted via fedex at $50 a pop, 3 of the 5 times the medication arrived days later (and after I took time to be home to receive it). Unhappy to say the least and to date I have not been refunded the overnight fees!

I was a bit anxious about switching to this type of Rx/pharmacy system (delivery for a specialty/maintenance medication) but it has been such a nice experience. Everyone I've spoken to has been great, patient and clear, ready to answer any questions. Any wait time to speak with someone or get a call back is comparably less than that of my everyday pharmacy and I feel confident that I'm fully versed in/can ask anytime what I should do on my end as a patient. The text support is wonderful and Erica D. has been especially helpful! For certain medication needs I wouldn't prefer anywhere else.

Everyone I've spoken to at Perigon has been phenomenal - especially Patricia! Friendly, knowledgeable, and so very helpful. Shipment is lightning fast, too. I wish I could get every single one of my prescriptions filled here!

First time filling my prescription with Perigon and they went above and beyond taking care of me. I was on a super tight deadline for a next dosage and they managed to get it to me cross country on time. The owner spoke to me after hours and the staff texted me several times with updates. This was the best pharmacy experience I’ve ever had! The rep I spoke to (Bella) was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process quickly BUT thoroughly. The whole process took me less than 10 minutes. Would have been shorter if I didn’t have questions. Extremely happy they were recommended to me!!

Bailey, was so kind and polite!! She let me tell her about my experience with another pharmacy.. that never had my sons medicine on hand, they were closed on Saturdays and it was a 30 minute drive!! Then it took 3-5 days to get the meds in, by this time, my son had gone without his medicine for at least 10 days which is not good for him so I’m very thankful when the psychiatrist recommended this pharmacy since that’s all you guys do is this drug? I am so glad I switched over. The experience has been super easy done over the phone and I’m very pleased.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received from a pharmacy. Truly caring & prompt service. Grateful for a pharmacy that provides the medication my son needs at an affordable rate since our insurance refuses to cover it!
