I seriously wish this pharmacy was near me. I went there today for a compounding prescription for my son. I could not believe how accommodating they were. I felt the genuine concern regarding my son from the pharmacist there, I wish I had caught his name. He went above and beyond to get the prescription to me as soon as possible. He was friendly, compassionate and understanding of my situation. He even took the time to explain the prescription, how to use it and how much to apply. I seriously can’t thank him enough for helping this desperate momma. Thank you for making my day just a little easier today!

Will never go to is Pharmacist/ Pharmacy again!!! The pharmacist refused to fill my prescription and failed to give consultation for alternative medication; for post surgery medication.

The Pharmacist was completely unprofessional and decided to just yell across the store; rather than having an consultation to the side in private for HIPPA. She then proceeded to lied to me about an manufacture issue, yelling across the counter … I know this to incorrect because, I was able to fill the Rx at another pharmacy and was able to order directly from the manufacture for my refills.

Save your time, money and go to another pharmacy that is professional and honest!

Never again will my family and friends use this place.
When we picked up our prescription, there was an alert that the Pharmacist "Robert Roberts" (*wouldn't give his full name) needed to be consulted.
He demanded that my wife tell him all of her perceptions, and to transfer them to Moye's to be filled or that this perception will not be filled anymore by them, because it skewed their arbitrary numbers they must follow. Even though they couldn't come close to the price we currently pay out of pocket for the other perception because they don't accept the Medicare policy we have. He even stated that our Publix Pharmacy was doing something illegal by charging the prices we pay there.
Having such an "Expert" Pharmacist/Legal Advisor, must be some kind of asset to Moye's. Driving away paying customers and keeping them numbers in check the oddest business model we've ever encountered. No wonder it's not really a growing entity....
...keep it up Robert, Robert's. I'll gladly spread the word on good Pharmacies like Publix, or Walgreens, in the area and encourage people to avoid number crunching bullies Moye's uses.

I wanted to use a small town pharmacy, however, this location has continuously disappointed me. Every time I have taken a prescription here they over promise and under deliver. The customer service is not that of what you’d expect from a smaller company, and they’re pricing on prescriptions in my experience has ran higher than other pharmacies nearby. I wanted to like and use this pharmacy, but I will just take my business elsewhere and so will my family.

Currently, Moye's staff at 4767 N. Henry Blvd, in Stockbridge, are very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Unlike other pharmacies that have computers intercepting ALL phone calls, you can always reach a LIVE person, including a pharmacist.

I came into Moyes bc where I normally get my meds, we’re out. Kroger n Publix both did not have them. The man that waited on me was so rude and I was made to feel like a drug addict, and he refused to fill it and told me I was trying to get them filled early and all kinds of other things! I have never been so humiliated in my whole life! I am disabled, with many different diseases and ailments. I take Tramadol and ambien. That’s it!! I will never go back there!! Left there, and went to CVS, and got my prescriptions filled at once, no questions asked! I can’t emphasize enough on how discriminated I felt at this place!! I could write more on the things he said n how he made me feel, but I won’t!! This man is a sorry customer service person!!! Argumentative and won’t listen!! I review a lot and am honest with my reviews!! I emailed the person who responded and they never got back to me!!!

Been going here for awhile however the older white women at drive thru is completely rude and unprofessional. Drop my prescription off, no greeting & asked me “do you want to wait?” No time frame, no greeting, when she left and came back instead of speaking, she cleared her throat to get my attention. Most awful experience ever!
