Very unhelpful man working the front counter. Very rude. Constantly felt I was being upselled.
I went in needing a face sunscreen. They did have 5 kinds but he grabbed the largest bottle for the body and said it's fine for both the body and face. The skin on my face is sensitive I can't use that. I had to ask specifically for one of the others but he wouldn't tell me the differences between the other 5. Insisted I get the massive bottle for the body.

I also needed a small body wash as I'm traveling, he again grabbed the largest bottle. When I told him I'm only here for 3 days he said I should have decanted bodywash from home before my holiday...

The man working there didn't accept my credit card at first and then he let me try to pay and told me that the payment didn't go through.

I withdrew money so that I could complete my purchase and eventually did. On my bank account it says that the payment did go through though. I was scammed.

The man who works there looks annoyed and clearly doesn't want to be there. I don't recommend this place at all. I've been there two other times and I was disappointed by the lack of support and enthusiasm.

Very kind and friendly staff. Patient with customer (as I relied on the online translator). They had the antiacterial ointment (for skin infection on bug bites) available in stock with a good price, at least 2 years before expiry date (the antibacterial ingredients break down after time, making the ointment ineffective).

Liguei para perguntar se aplicavam injecção, e fui informada q só dão quando compramos o medicamento com eles. Isso não seria venda casada, não é proibido?

This 'pharmacy' sells homeopathic products without telling you they are alternative products, then don't offer a refund.

At least inform customers that a product is not regular medicine. Homeopathic = not proven to have any effect. Not specifying this is really a scam a.k.a. um fraude.

If I go to a pharmacy I would expect to be given pharmacological products, or at least to be informed when something is not.

Duas senhoras simpáticas, e um senhor com um ar que se diria enfadado, por estar bastante contrariado por estar ali. Pequena farmácia típica de bairro, para uma clientela habitual sem grandes expetativas. Estão, mesmo assim, equpados com aparelhos para medição de dados biométricos e da tensão arterial. Comprei uma caixa de Ohrophax, que me foi entregue na mão, sem direito a embrulho ou saquinho.
