I ordered bulk orders of the pizza meatballs and chicken this weekend. I also got to try the pico de gallo, chocolate dessert, and egg muffins! Everything has been so good so far!

The pico was nice and fresh and I happened to have half of an avocado in the fridge so I mixed it in and ate it with tortilla chips.

The chocolate mousse had a great flavor and was nice and thick. If I order this in bulk, I would jazz it up in different ways (maybe add walnuts on one and some whipped cream on another). I savored it with my coffee!

The egg muffins had a wonderful cheesy flavor and was more filling/satisfying than I expected!

I had some meatballs with spaghetti squash today and they were very meaty/hearty! I like that they are each 1 oz, making it easy to portion control.

I just tried the chicken tenders and they’re very easy to heat up in the toaster oven! Great flavor and meatiness— very satisfying!! I love all the flavor in the bbq sauce!

I found the flavors, textures, and heartiness very satisfying! I didn’t detect any cloying fake sugar flavors as I normally expect in diet foods. I think bulk ordering and pairing with veggies is the way to go for me!

Thanks To f diets to keep me focus on my ultimate goal while still enjoying food. What I love the most about it is that it saves me time and their prices are really good for the quality food you get. Elisa has been amazing from the beginning, she is very kind and friendly. I also love that I can get it delivered to my door and then I just get to enjoy delicious food, guilt free.

I mean the name should say it all!! I hate diets, they are the worst!
I want real food I can enjoy with my family. The food allows you to be healthy with sensation of a splurge, what more could you ask for?! Try their sauces, don't order without it!

The food is delicious. My favorite is the chicken tenders. The sauces that are included are awesome . I was spending more money eating out and the food was not healthy. The pickup process is super easy and convenient. Highly recommended!

makes eating healthy and just feeding myself in general as a busy 22 year old SO easy! the stuffed peppers and fresh garden salad with spicy chicken tenders are incredible. i can’t wait to order more, thank you ?

The selection are great, and VERY TASTY, we order the large portion and it is enough for two meals. These meals make it easy to stay on my eating plan.
