Called F and L to eliminate and odor in a bathroom sink. Mike solved the problem in no time. Previously another plumbing company and a handyman couldn't do it. Mike was friendly and very courteous.

F&L replaced our hot water heater in 2011 and that was a great experience. Yesterday the heating element failed. They came out within 30mins of our call. We were prepared for a hard upsell to replace based on the age but to our pleasant surprise they said it looked great otherwise. They fixed the heating element quickly and we have hot water again.

I received Mike's contact information from my neighbor to conduct a water test for my well pursuant to devising and executing a treatment plan for the water used in my home. I met with him on November 22, 2023, and he inspected my current well and water treatment setup. He said that he'd be back that Saturday with a test kit. That never happened. I called January 2, asking if the test had been performed. It hadn't. Mike claimed that they were busy and that he would get around to it soon. A message left on January 5 was never returned. I finally reached him on January 8 and noted my frustration with F&L and his inability to conduct a simple water test. I spoke with him again on January 23 and asked if the test had been completed - it had and he affirmed that he would call me by the end of the day to give a timeline for the test results. That never happened. Avoid F&L and avoid Mike.

Do not call these people for anything related to heating your home. Maybe for a toilet but anything related to a broiler or radiator STAY AWAY. Upon installation they left my house leaving holes in a pipe. Causing my entire house to shake. They came back to “fix it” only to find out there are more holes and they don’t have someone “small enough” to go back to fix it which is why they just left it in the first place. Now they are saying they have to rip up my entire kitchen floor after we just finished a one year renovation because they didn’t have someone “small enough” to get in there when they should have. Their mishap also cost me $1000 in fuel in five days. Do not hire these people they are incompetent reckless and obviously careless. Don’t let them in your home if you have anything other than a clogged toilet. I assure you you will regret it and it will cost you.

i had an issue with odor in bathroom and, upon my daughter's
recommendation, called F% L Plumbing. They were quick to respond but when they arrived odor had gone so could not determine the source. They recommended I call if it returned, which it did. Again, got quick response and he worked until source was found. I was very impressed with the service from this company and highly recommend them,

I've heard positive feedback about F&L from another trustworthy, local source. Although I hope I don't have to call for plumbing issues, F&L will be the first company I will call if an issue comes up.
